So you are in charge of organizing the baby shower, do you know what to do first?
Follow these simple steps to guide you:
- First thing to do is to Set a Date for the baby shower. Make sure to ask the baby's parents 2 to 3 months before the baby is due if the date you have in mind is acceptable for them - this is a very hectic time for expectant parents, so some dates might not be possible for
them. Baby Showers are usually held from 3 to 6 weeks before the birth.
- The Guest List is next. Talk first to the mom-to-be for her input, she'll know who to invite and not to invite. If you are organizing a surprise baby shower, ask the couple's parents and close friends for their ideas.
- When Choosing a Location for the babyshower, take into consideration where the majority of the guests will be coming from, try to choose a centralized location.
