Is it acceptable for me to invite co-workers and my boss to my wedding?
If you are friends with your co-workers and boss and you interact socially with them outside of your job, it is perfectly acceptable to invite them to your wedding. You should not, however, invite them if they are simply casual acquaintances. Your decision whether or not to invite them also depends on your budget. Usually, co-workers are among the first to be removed from the guest list when it starts getting too long.
Another option is to send a wedding announcement to your co-workers after the wedding. This announcement should also include your name preference, such as if you will be keeping your maiden name or changing it. If you are particularly close to some of your co-workers but cannot invite them to your wedding, you can also have a casual party with them after the wedding and your return from your honeymoon.
